With nearly two decades of experience in the marketing industry, Pulak brings substantial expertise to his new role. Before joining Sun Pharma, he had a long tenure of 18 years at Kotak Mahindra Group, where he contributed significantly to marketing initiatives across various business units, including Kotak Life, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and the rebranded Zurich Kotak General Insurance.
Pulak’s career has been defined by a strong foundation in full-funnel marketing, honed during his early professional years at Ogilvy & Mather in Mumbai. There, he worked with several prominent brands, such as the World Gold Council, D’damas, Red FM, and Kotak, building a broad skill set across diverse industries. His varied experience offers a unique perspective on brand development and management.
At Sun Pharma, Pulak will lead the company’s corporate brand marketing strategies, utilizing his deep knowledge of strategic marketing and brand development. His appointment marks an important step in strengthening Sun Pharma’s brand presence both in local markets and on the global stage.
