Primus Partners, a leading management consulting firm, has appointed Vinay Singh as Managing Director to strengthen its presence in the United States. In this new role, Singh will focus on forging strong connections within the U.S. market and positioning the company as a leader in management consulting.

Prior to joining Primus, Vinay Singh served as the Chief AI Officer and Chief Financial Officer at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. He also spearheaded disaster assistance projects at the Small Business Administration. Earlier in his career, Vinay was a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at KPMG India, where he played a key role in optimizing operations across various teams.

With over 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, technology, and operations, Vinay has led numerous complex projects with government agencies, particularly in infrastructure and smart cities initiatives. A certified public accountant, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in marketing and accounting from Christopher Newport University and York College, as well as an MBA from Widener University.
